Return & Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If you’ve changed your mind, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@massagechairshaven.com. Please include your order number and reason for the request. Our team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please report it promptly.
- For freight deliveries, report damage within 48 hours and include clear photos.
- For FedEx or UPS deliveries, report within 15 days.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund. If your order has already shipped, it will fall under our standard return policy.
Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns due to a change of mind.
Our Error vs. Customer-Initiated Returns
If the return is due to our error, we cover all costs, including return shipping. If the return is customer-initiated, return shipping costs will apply.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different model or style, contact us at support@massagechairshaven.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping and reshipment costs for exchanges.
